                        Make your toughest work easy 


                   Imagine that you are in a situation that,whatever may happen  you have to eat a big frog daily.You can choose any time of the day,it may be evening,morning,afternoon or night to eat the frog.Now decide what time you would choose to eat that frog.


                  The author of the book Brian tracy ("Eat that Frog )says that he chooses morning time to eat the frog as soon as he wakes up.He says that if he completed this work at the morning, he will be relaxed without being tensed all the day about thinking about how he will eat that frog.


    The example of  eating this frog means our toughest work which we have to complete in our day to day life.We have to  complete that toughest work but, by saying some reason we procrastinate that work  that ill do it afternoon or ill do it in night without sleeping.We know that we have to eat the frog but we will be thinking about it all the day.It rises our tension and stress more,but no work will be completed.The reason for the author to choose the morning time to eat that frog is,the will power will be more for all of us at morning and it makes the toughest work easier.


           You may have noticed that you feel relaxed and happy when you have completed a work which is toughest for you.The reason for that is our brain releases endorphin while when  we complete a toughest work and that makes us feel happy.We should use this relaxed feeling as a positive addiction and should from as a habit.By doing this so our confident level increases.
