   By following theses 7 rules your maturity level will be increased when comparing to what level you are at presently.

1.Keeping the promise: You should do what you promised for others.Suppose if you promised to your boss that you'll complete the work quickly next time you have to do it by taking actions,if not so you will lose your self respect,self esteem and respect what they had on you.

2.Don't try to get into one relationship: Some tries to get into their friend's relationship while they are in a problem and he tries to attract his friend's spouse.Please don't do that whatever may be the problem  its between them,they know how to solve it.It mainly affects your friendship, if he comes to know about that.
"EVEN A BEST FRIEND IS A THIRD PERSON IN A RELATIONSHIP ."

3.Hard work: Today's generation is showing laziness to put hard work in anything they do.Try to hard work in any thing you like,it may be your personal developement,or your profession,or anything you love,you have to build yourself. 
 
4.Don't Argue: There are people who always says that they are wright,their point is right and our's is wrong.Don't argue with those type of people.Try to say the correct point once or twice,if he doesn't listen just say "You are right boss" and leave the place. 

5.Listening: We want our friends or others to listen what we say,it may be our personal experience or emotions.But if it comes to others we don't like to listen to them.If you want to be matured try to listen what they say about their own things.Grow your listening skills.

6.Respect others: We all want others to respect us,the same has to be given to them.It may be a server in a hotel or a pune respect has to be given to them.Respect is a thing which all one deserves.There is nothing like showing or limiting the respect according to the personality or the position of  a person in their life.If you have this quality all will respect you automatically.

7.Being real : If you are talking with your friends or someone about some topic be authentic and real.Don't say yes to what they say.Come forward with your own points and opinion about the topic without hesitation without saying yes to what they say.



       So try to follow these 7 rules and see the change in yourself,your maturity level will be raised.
